Mr. Boyette graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1989 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting; from Mercer University with a J.D. Degree in 1992; and from University of Florida with a Masters in Taxation in 1993. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association, and is a member of The Georgia Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Boyette is focusing primarily on Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure defense, as well as Probate, Estate Planning, and Corporate/Business Law.
Mr. Nailos has been involved with and a supporter of a number of charitable organizations in the Lake County community. He is a member of the Lake Sumter Inns of Court, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association of Justice. Mr. Nailos is also an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association, and has practiced law in Florida since 1996.
She has concentrated her areas of practice to include Real Estate Law, Real Estate Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosure Defense, General Litigation and Probate and Estate Planning. She is an active member of First United Methodist Church of Clermont and is an avid marathon runner.
Mr. Cummins has been a pillar of the Lake County community for over 40 years. He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Clermont. He is also an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association.
His practice is concentrated in government, zoning, land use and environmental permitting. Mr. Crawford also has experience in creditor/debtor, real estate and construction law. He has actively served his community, including the South Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Joining Hands Children’s Wish Charity, Lake County Commission for Children and the Lake County Economic Development Committee Advisory Board.
Mrs. Davito practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation, Business Transactions and Estate Planning. She has been practicing law in the state of Florida since 1990 and has been a resident of our local Central Florida community since 1990. Mrs. Davito also has experience practicing insurance defense, construction liability, commercial litigation, medial malpractice, as well as environmental law. She was a managing partner for Swartz Campbell, LLC from 2005 to 2009, after which she opened her private practice. She recently decided to leave her office located on Edgewater Drive in Orlando to join the Boyette, Cummins & Nailos team, bringing 20 years of experience with her.
Mrs. Davito is a member of The Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also a Board Member for Cornerstone Hospice, based in Leesburg, Florida.
Paul Cipparone, Esq. was born in Toronto, Canada in 1984, and has been a central Florida resident since 1991. He graduated from UCF with a Bachelors of Science in Restaurant and Food Service Management, and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Florida Law, graduating in 2010. Mr. Cipparone received the UF Book Award in Sports Law, which holds him as the top academia in his class. His focus areas include Estate Planning, Probate Law, Corporate & Business Law, and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Cipparone enjoys golf and outdoor recreation with his family. He is an active member of the Florida Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.
Benjamin J. Cox, Esq. was born in Sedalia, MO in 1952, and has lived in Lake County, Florida since 1964. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1976, and Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1983. Mr. Cox has been practicing family law in Lake County since 1983, where he started his own practice with a group of well known lawyers, including Mr. Norman Cummins.
Mr. Cox has an office in Tavares Florida, five short blocks from the Lake County Courthouse, and is continuing to operate Benjamin J. Cox P.A. He has joined Boyette, Cummins & Nailos, PLLC and will be “Of Counsel”, handling family law cases. Mr. Cox has handled complex litigation in family law cases, including child custody issues, (now known as time-sharing), alimony, and equitable distribution of business corporations in the divorce action. From time-to-time, he uses leading experts in the field of psychology, and forensic accounting to assist with difficult issues. Mr. Cox recently had the pleasure of serving on the statewide committee which formulated major legislative changes in family law divorce cases dealing with children issues. He a member of the Florida Bar Association and is currently the President of Lake County Family Law Section.
Justin R. Infurna, Esq., LL.M. was born and raised in Satellite Beach and Melbourne, Florida. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 2006 with an Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice Major and Political Science. Mr. Infurna attended and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University (FSU) College of Law in 2010. After passing the Florida Bar Exam, he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree in Taxation. Within the Florida Bar, he is a proud member of the Tax Law, Real Estate Law, and Criminal Law sections

Ernesto J. Beltrán, Esq. was born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico in 1982. Mr. Beltrán graduated with High Honors from the University of Puerto Rico with a B.S. Degree in Environmental Sciences in 2004. He went to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law in 2007. In addition, Mr. Beltrán was a visiting scholar at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and the University of Barcelona, School of Law. He also received the Hon. Jaime Pieras, Jr. Certificate of Excellence in recognition of outstanding achievement in the Federal Bar Examination for the District of Puerto Rico. His focus areas include Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation in General. He also handles disputes and issues associated with sinkhole claims.
Mr. Beltrán is a native Spanish speaker dedicated to helping immigrants in Central Florida. He belongs to Campamento Misión, a Jesuit humanitarian organization that arranges missions to underdeveloped communities in Latin America, with the goal to help Hispanic people. He has traveled and worked with missions in Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Paraguay. Mr. Beltrán is also an active member of the Florida Bar Association, and the Puerto Rico Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all State Courts of Florida, the District Court of Puerto Rico, and all State Courts of Puerto Rico.
