Wade Boyette, J.D., LLM, was born in Estill, South Carolina, in 1967 and has been a prominent figure in Lake County since 1994. He has built a strong transactional law practice and played a key role in organizing many local businesses as the area expanded. Before settling in Lake County, Mr. Boyette worked as a tax accountant with Coopers and Lybrand in Jacksonville, Florida. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Georgia Southern University, a J.D. from Mercer University, and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida. As an active member of The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar Association, Mr. Boyette focuses on Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Probate, Estate Planning, and Corporate/Business Law.
